some words

2018-10-17

dear child don't sleep your life away we still have promises to keep and words for us to sit and stay and don't you crumble by your bed again I'll always remember that fateful day silly and pictures capture words that dance and words that escape and words, words escape and damn for years, and years and easy work for words to, for words to stumble on themselves, for words to cut off tendons ascetic and crumble to pieces by the hand of lovers that don't, and we damn ourselves to fate and shelve our words you're staying away under your bed isn't it I know you don't have to keep promises, or promises to keep just a desire to sleep our lives away
